Inheritance by law is usually possible if there is no will or if one of the heirs disagrees with the content of the will. In this case, the will is disputed through the court, if it is possible to prove that it is not legal (the will was drafted under pressure, when the editor was incapable or in other similar situations) then it is possible by a judicial decision to cancel the will and divide the inheritance among the heirs into shares or divide the property into parts according to the law of inheritance.

Inheritance by will means that the testator will indicate what, to whom and in what parts it will be transferred after his death. Persons not indicated in the will cannot claim to receive any property, but may dispute the will.
