Therefore, the employer needs regularly to monitor the amendments in labor legislation that regulates its relations with employees. Mistakes in the construction of labor relations can lead to disputes and the imposition of fines by regulating authorities.

Labor legislation is not only limited to the regulation of labor relations, but it also regulates other related relationships (for example, related to employment, social associations, the resolution of labor disputes, etc.), which has social nature.
