Certificate of criminal records may be required to complete a series of procedures in Ukraine.

In some procedures the confirmation of the absence of the criminal records is the most important. Various state organization such as commercial structures and organizations (e.g. financial institution) can request a criminal record certificate both in Ukraine and abroad, in relation to citizens and foreigners.
